  I first met Eric Andrews when I was considering selling a commercial tract of land. I had spoken to several agents; some were not interested, some did not return phone calls, and one even tried to tell me the land was worth over $200,000 per acre in an effort to trick me into signing papers with him. Then, I found Eric. He was extremely up front with me and told me to hang on to the land and NOT to sell it (yet). This is coming from a guy that makes a living listing lots of land. He also offered up a half dozen ideas to increase the value, and informed me how DOT likes entrances to commercial properties, and told me how water, sewer, electric, easements, financing, line of sight, and 20 other things would impact potential transactions. While I was in his office a client dropped in and informed me she's sold 7 properties with him. I was shocked and blown away with the entire experience. I highly recommend Eric Andrews for selling land.
